Return information

On this page you can read everything about returning items ordered from LXRY SHINE and you will also find all the information you need if you have a complaint about an item.

Returns

Is the item you ordered not as expected? Then it is nice to know that you can return all items at LXRY SHINE. This also applies to items you purchased on sale or with a promotion.

We have made the return procedure below as simple as possible

Step 1: Register your return via the customer environment in the online store

Step 2: Stick the attached return shipping label over the shipping sticker with your own address

Step 3: Send the package via a PostNL shipping point.

Return conditions

• You have a cooling-off period of 30 days. You can return all purchased products to us within 30 days without giving any reason.
  
  
• The items must be packed in the original box, as far as reasonably possible. If the original box is missing, we can charge you for any depreciation.
  
  
• You are responsible for a successful return.
  
  
• If you send something to us cash on delivery, we are forced to charge you these costs.
  
  
• If you wish to inform us in advance of the cancellation, you must do so within 30 days of receipt. After notification, you have 14 days to return the items.

Exchange
To exchange your item, return the item you received. You can then place a new order in our webshop. Unfortunately, it is not possible to settle orders in the webshop or via customer service.

Right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your withdrawal from the contract by an unequivocal statement. This can be done in writing by post, fax or e-mail, but preferably with the enclosed return form. Unfortunately, returns in our stores are not possible.

Refund
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point - including shipping costs - back within seven working days after cancellation using the same payment method with which the original transaction was made.

Guarantee
The legal warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also have a manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.
